The Kiwanis club of East York was organized in 1943 and attracts members from the greater East York community. Inwardly, it offers its members personal growth through involvement and teamwork, plus the benefits of many strong friendships. Outwardly, it delivers an extensive program of civic and benevolent services. It's an outstanding example of comradeship and voluntarism in action.
The club membership reflects a wide range of occupations and age groups. It offers new members an opportunity to become personally acquaint-ed with people of good standing in many career areas and with varied backgrounds and experiences.
