Just a couples of rules, policies and common sense:

You may place a Bid for an item on this Silent Auction list by clicking the Bid Form link. 

• The current High (Max) Bid on an item will be updated periodically, through-out Friday and Sat Morning. 

• Tying Bids will go to the earlier Bid, by Timestamp on Bid Record.

Bids will be carried forward to the Robbie Burns Supper event.

•  Online Bids must be confirmed by the Bidder at the beginning of the event.  

Only Attendees can win a final bid, i.e. Highest Bid by Attendees will win.

• Exception, if an outside Bidder is the only Bidder AND that Bidder is "vouched for" by a member of the Club.

• Online Bidding will be STOPPED around 2pm ish on Jan 24th, 2026
